Mastering AutoCAD

Shape Everything

The Autodesk Official Training Courseware (AOTC)

Design and shape the world around you with the powerful, flexible features found in AutoCAD® design and documentation software, one of the world’s leading 2D and 3D CAD tools. Speed documentation, share ideas seamlessly, and explore ideas more intuitively in 3D. With thousands of available add-ons, AutoCAD design software provides the ultimate in flexibility, customized for your specific needs. It’s time to take design further. It’s time for AutoCAD.

  • Duration: 30 Hours
  • Prerequisites: windows knowledge
  • Objective:
    • Navigate the AutoCAD and AutoCAD user interfaces.
    • Use the fundamental features of AutoCAD.
    • Use the precision drafting tools in AutoCAD to develop accurate technical drawings.
    • Present drawings in a detailed and visually impressive way.
    • Create and modify both solid and surface models.
    • Present their designs while they are still being created, using visualization tools such as visual Styles, model walk and fly throws, materials, and lighting. Students also learn how to output 3D models from AutoCAD to either paper or a distributable, electronic version.
